We are now looking for a DevOps Engineer for a global and technically leading company in central Stockholm. Here you will work in an innovative and high-performing team where the focus is on stable, secure, and automated delivery of modern IT services in a hybrid cloud environment.

As a DevOps Engineer, you work at the intersection of infrastructure and development. You are responsible for building, maintaining, and further developing platforms and services using modern tools and methodologies. With a clear business focus, your role is crucial for fast, reliable, and secure IT delivery.

You will work in a technology-driven team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a pragmatic approach. You report to the Head of IT Infrastructure Operations.

1. Infrastructure & Platforms

• Build and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
• Work with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep
• Secure and maintain identity solutions (SSO, SCIM)
• Participate in operations, troubleshooting, and further development of both on-prem and cloud-based environments

2. CI/CD & Delivery

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub/GitLab)
• Streamline and automate delivery processes for software and services
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security to achieve high availability and reliability
• Participate in change, release, and incident management according to ITSM processes

3. Operations & IT Delivery

• Script with PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline daily tasks
• Monitor systems via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders in cross-functional projects
• Document processes and improvement initiatives

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of IaC and CI/CD processes
• Experience with Git, version control, and automation
• Good understanding of networking, hybrid environments, and operations
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or ITIL
• Experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, GCP/AWS
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and network segmentation
• Previous work in industries such as retail, e-commerce, logistics, or fashion
