We are looking for an experienced Communication Strategic Designer/Art Director who wants to combine strategic work with creative production. Here you will have the opportunity to drive communication efforts in exciting mobility projects and create clear, visually strong solutions for a broad audience.

Your responsibilities

Be a strategic and practical support in mobility projects

Develop concepts and communication strategies

Prepare presentation materials, e.g. PowerPoint and digital handbooks

Contribute to the development of a digital handbook within an EU-funded Interreg project

Work unpretentiously with both complex strategic assignments and simpler productions

Collaborate with the project organization and ensure high-quality deliveries

Your profile

Solid experience in strategic communication work

Many years of experience as an Art Director

Used to communicating with different target groups and visualizing complex information

Experience in design assignments for Interreg/EU projects and/or public sector

Experience in complex print productions

Relevant post-secondary education

Meritorious:

International experience and fluent English

Experience in mobility issues and/or communication regarding sustainability

Assignment framework

Location: approx. 30% onsite (Malmö/Lund), 70% remote

Scope: 150–200 hours

Start: Immediately

End date: August 31, 2026 (possibility of 12-month extension)

Compensation: Ongoing hourly rate (no compensation for travel or travel time)
