ILFT is a small, experienced advertising agency with five people located by Bokskogen outside Malmö. We work with graphic communication, advertising films, and digital content for well-known brands – often in fast processes where craftsmanship, design sense, and professionalism are crucial.

We are looking for someone who wants to work practically and creatively with both film editing and graphic production, and who has a strong graphic sense with a particular feeling for typography and form.

About the role

With us, you will work broadly in production – from idea to finished material. You will, among other things:

• Work with graphic production for print, digital channels, and film
• Cut and edit film
• Ensure typography, form, and graphic quality in all deliveries
• Work independently on projects, but closely with colleagues and clients

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a stylish graphic eye and a strong sense of typography and form
• Understands how professional advertising films and graphic materials are visually constructed
• Handles Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Is proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (for proofreading and language management)
• Has the ability to work independently, structured, and meticulously

Age, title, and years in the industry are secondary. The position is shaped according to your level.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge or experience in 3D, e.g., Blender
• Experience or interest in AI generation in image, film, or design
• Interest or basic knowledge in web, e.g., setting up and managing WordPress sites
