JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an event host, you will administer and practically carry out events organized by Culture and Leisure.

The tasks include marketing events via social media, posters, and the website. Prepare and execute events such as lectures and workshops. Welcome both participants and cultural actors/speakers. The work also includes setting up before and cleaning up after events.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has experience in meeting people in a positive and professional manner. Who has a good ability to express themselves in speech and writing. You easily take instructions and can take your own initiatives and see solutions. You are attentive to visitors' needs to create a good experience for everyone who comes.

You are the face of the organization and the link for people to meet a meaningful leisure time. Experience in communication, service, culture, and libraries is an advantage.
