We are looking for dedicated IT support technicians for full-time positions who thrive in evening and night shifts. Your primary role will be to resolve and manage incoming IT issues. You will be a key player in the IT department and help ensure that operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently even outside of regular office hours. Whether you are junior or senior, there is room for you to grow and make a difference.

• Case management: Responsible for incident and case management through the case management system.
• User support: Provide support to users via phone, email, and chat.
• On- and off-boarding: Responsible for installations and configurations related to new and terminated employments.
• Support and troubleshooting of software and hardware: Manage technical issues related to computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Project work: Participate in various IT projects and contribute to improvements and upgrades of systems.
• Follow-up: Ensure that all cases are handled and resolved efficiently.

• Experience working in IT support, with at least 1 year of experience.
• Education in IT, either secondary or post-secondary.
• Previous work with Windows and mobile services.
• Experience with Active Directory and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A positive attitude towards problem-solving and challenges.
