About Apoteket Vargen

Here at Apoteket Vargen, there is an opportunity for you as an engaged pharmacist to become part of our wonderful team. Beautiful Fränsta is located in Ånge municipality, and just a few miles away, you can reach the sea to the east in Sundsvall or the mountains to the west in Östersund/Åre. We are looking for someone who has the ability to meet each individual's needs and who, with service and care, has the ambition to build long-term relationships with our customers.

For us, this package is a step in strengthening our vision of A Life in Health. With our package - Career at Apoteket, you will receive, in addition to a relocation grant of 40,000 SEK, a bonus of a total of 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period.

Total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK for a 3-year employment.

Your Role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

The pharmacy is located in the same building as the health center and next to the service house, which makes us the customers' safe choice. Together with the team at Apoteket Laxen in Matfors, we are a great group that supports each other and has fun at work. We have fantastic customers and strive to provide the best possible service in all situations.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-17:00.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medication.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in, for example, self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
