About the position

This is a full-time assignment starting immediately where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero. The assignment runs until the end of October, with a good possibility of further extension.

PreZero Recycling AB is a sustainable partner in recycling and waste management, regardless of the type of residual material or business. Together with their customers, they contribute to the circular economy and a more sustainable future. PreZero offers effective waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery. In their daily work, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, they are present at about 60 locations, have over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manage waste in about 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative at PreZero, you will work closely with the company's customers and ensure high service through professional handling of incoming cases. You will be a point of contact for customers via both phone and email, where you will handle inquiries, orders, and follow-ups related to the company's services. You will receive thorough on-site training and work alongside an engaged team. Working hours are scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday.

Your job responsibilities include, among others:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding questions about the company's services
  • Enter new customer orders into the system and ensure that the information is correct
  • Follow up on completed services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Register additional services for existing customers based on incoming cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues in customer service and other departments to ensure good service
  • Handle simpler administrative tasks related to order registration and customer information

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed and approved high school diploma
  • Experience working in customer service or another service-oriented role
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You easily adapt to routines and processes, ensuring that each task is performed correctly. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration within the team and supports colleagues when needed.
