As an IT Technician, you will be an important part of the organization and responsible for delivering high-quality user support. Your main responsibilities include:

• User support: Provide assistance to users on everything from simple questions to more advanced technical challenges.
• License and application management: Ensure that all applications function effectively and are correctly licensed.
• Application support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the business.
• Procurement and installation: Manage the procurement and installation of IT equipment to maintain a modern and functional IT environment.

The work is conducted via phone, remote access, and on-site. We encourage you to contribute ideas and solutions to improve our working methods and processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience equivalent to level 3 in the IT field.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to collaborate effectively, with flexibility and a proactive mindset.

We would like you to have experience in the following areas:

• IT support in research and educational environments (meritorious).
• Case management and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Advice on and ordering of IT equipment.
• Support for Office applications, email, and client management (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Management and troubleshooting of licenses and applications in complex IT environments.
• Customer service and IT service desk work.
• Development of user support and guides.
• Experience working according to ITIL or other management models (e.g., PM3).

Start: Immediate start with consideration for notice period. The assignment is full-time and is permanent.
