Are you a service-oriented and organized person who wants to work in a modern and growing dental clinic? Dr Obaidi Dental Care in Eskilstuna is looking for a receptionist who wants to become an important part of our team and contribute to ensuring that our patients always receive a professional and warm welcome.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you will be the clinic's face to the outside world and responsible for creating a smooth flow in the daily operations. Your tasks include, among others:

• Welcoming and receiving patients in person and over the phone.
• 
  
• Managing appointments and patient administration.
• 
  
• Handling cash, payments, and basic financial tasks.
• 
  
• Maintaining contact with partners and suppliers.
• 
  
• Contributing to a positive experience for patients and a well-functioning clinic.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in service and administration, preferably from healthcare or reception.
• 
  
• Communicates well in Swedish and English.
• 
  
• Is responsible, structured, and able to handle stress.
• 
  
• Is positive, flexible, and has a professional demeanor.
• 
  
• Thrives in a role where you can take responsibility while closely collaborating with your colleagues.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in dental/healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement – we place great importance on your personality and willingness to learn.
