About the role

• Responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Responsible for smaller maintenance projects
• Conduct inspections during move-in and move-out
• Work business-mindedly with improvement measures
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors

As a property manager, you are responsible for the property portfolio from a technical and economic perspective with a focus on business acumen. The role also involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and is suitable for you who are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in management, operations management, or project management within the residential sector
• Is a natural leader and enjoys working in a business-minded and proactive manner
• Has relevant education in property management or equivalent experience
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
