Who are you?

We are looking for someone who shares our view that care is done with the heart. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Care assistant education – it is an advantage if you are a trained care assistant and have proof of protected professional title.
  • Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish in speech and writing and can document professionally.
  • B driver's license – you are a safe and experienced driver who navigates well in traffic.
  • Responsible and structured – you work independently, methodically, and with high quality, while taking responsibility for ensuring tasks are performed in the best way.
  • Empathetic and communicative – you have a genuine interest in people, see each individual's needs, and meet clients and colleagues with attentiveness, clarity, and respect.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented – you adapt quickly to changes and new situations.
  • Familiar with digital tools and documentation – you are used to working in digital systems and mobile phones, and you document professionally according to SoL.
  • Calm under pressure – you maintain focus and make good decisions even in stressful situations.
  • Confident in distributing work – you can plan and redistribute tasks in case of absence or changes.

Job responsibilities – What will you do?

As care staff, you will work in clients' homes based on assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. The role combines care work with increased responsibility during evenings and weekends. Examples of job tasks:

  • Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and toilet visits.
  • Meal support – assisting with cooking, serving, and feeding as needed.
  • Supervision and companionship – creating security and social community in everyday life.
  • Home support – assistance with cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other household chores.
  • Social interaction – accompanying clients on walks and contributing to their well-being.
  • Documentation – careful and professional documentation according to SoL in digital systems.
  • Increased responsibility evenings/weekends – answering incoming calls, ensuring staff are present, planning changes in case of absence, and writing reports to the responsible manager/planner.

Areas of responsibility – Increased responsibility!

This role includes enhanced responsibility during evenings and weekends, which may involve:

  • On-call phone – answering incoming calls from clients, relatives, and staff.
  • Monitoring staff attendance – ensuring that all staff are present at the start of the shift and again at the end of work.
  • Planning – reorganizing work in case of absence when the regular planner/team leader is not present.
  • Reporting – writing reports to the responsible manager/planner at the end of the shift.
  • Distribution of tasks – assisting in distributing work in the absence of the planner/team leader.
Working hours and periods

Working hours: Monday – Friday and every other weekend. 

Employment rate: 75% permanent position, 6-month probationary period applies.

Working hours: 16:00 - 22:00.

Workplace: You will start from our office in central Täby, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in several different geographical areas.

Our employees are care assistants and nursing aides. We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, work clothes, wellness grants, and work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and client interventions. We have a collective agreement with Fremia. All employees are insured during their employment and offered occupational pension.
