Do you want to play a key role in the green transition while developing your career in recruitment? 1KOMMA5º is now looking for a driven and self-sufficient recruiter for our office in Hyllie, Malmö. With us, you will work closely with the business – with a particular focus on recruiting salespeople and other key roles in our growing organization.

As a recruiter at 1KOMMA5º, you will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment process – from job profile to hiring. You will work closely with our managers to understand needs, attract the right talent, and create a first-class candidate journey. Your primary focus will be on sales roles, but you will also support the recruitment of other functions as needed.

• Design job profiles in collaboration with hiring managers
• Write and publish job ads
• Actively search for and attract candidates
• Be responsible for employer branding efforts related to recruitment
• Conduct screenings, phone interviews, and competency-based interviews
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate job offers
• Maintain the candidate database and contribute to the analysis of recruitment data

• Has at least one year of experience in recruitment or HR work
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is driven, structured, and proactive

• Have a university degree in HR, human resources, or psychology
• Have experience in sales – you understand sales roles and what it takes to succeed
• Have worked in the recruitment system Teamtailor
