Are you a leader with a passion for service, technology, and developing people? We are looking for a driven and inspiring group manager to lead the user support and client management team in a modern and socially important IT department.

About the role

As a group manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the organization's users receive high-quality support and that the client environment operates optimally. You will lead and coach a competent team, drive improvement efforts, and ensure effective work processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the team in user support and client management
• Driving improvement initiatives and development projects
• Ensuring a high level of service and satisfied users
• Collaborating with other units for a robust and modern IT environment

Essential requirements

• Leadership experience: You are confident in your role as a manager and have several years of experience with personnel and budget responsibilities in a larger organization with at least 250 employees, either as an employee or consultant.
• IT and strategic experience: You have documented long-term experience in the IT industry and strategic IT work, particularly in change management, analysis, business and IT development, and governance.
• IT support: You have led and developed IT support functions for several years, responsible for both helpdesk and on-site support.
• Agile leadership: You have experience leading in agile environments and practical knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• Communication: You express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Analysis and management level: You have strong analytical skills and experience working at the management level.

Desirable requirements

• System management: You have documented experience in managing and further developing mission-critical systems, such as in HR, finance, document management, or internal communication.
• Procurement and supplier management: You have worked with procurement and supplier management.
• Public sector: You have experience in government administration and/or other public operations.
• Collaboration between authorities: You have experience in contract-based collaboration between authorities.

• You have a strong ability to build trust, create relationships, and lead through others.
• You are curious and engaged in development and change work.
• You have a holistic view and take responsibility for seeing connections and driving the business forward.
