We are looking for you who want to step into the role of an accounting assistant with a focus on accounts payable and become a key person in our client's finance department. Here you will be part of a wonderful team of 10 people and have a central role in both daily operations and future development.

You will be the spider in the web when it comes to handling supplier invoices correctly and on time, while also being an important point of contact both internally and externally. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to automation and smarter routines.

Your tasks

• Handling, coding, and bookkeeping of supplier invoices

• Handling payments and reporting

• Reminder management

• Support and advice to colleagues on invoice and ordering issues

• Participate in monthly and annual financial closing

• Contribute to the development and streamlining of routines within accounts payable

We are looking for someone who:

Is meticulous, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are confident in taking responsibility and working independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team.

Mandatory requirements

• Experience in the real estate industry

• Documented experience in accounts payable

• Good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel

• Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Fenix business system

• Interest in systems & preferably experience with system changes

• Familiarity with automating processes and routines within finance

Remote work: Remote work is possible on an occasional basis as agreed.
