Role Description:

Background A government authority intends to enter into several strategic partnerships with various contractors during 2025 and 2026. This will be done by packaging several individual projects for overhead lines and decommissioning into a procurement of so-called business packages.

Strategic partnering means that qualified and selected suppliers will be entrusted to enter into a partnership with the authority under a main agreement to carry out several contracts with a common organization, where each contract is called off continuously. The contracts are divided into two phases - a planning and design phase and an execution phase.

The purpose of the strategic partnership is, among other things, to create long-term stability and predictability for the contractors, thereby enabling them to build an efficient organization over time.

Role, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

The role of the collaboration chain is very important. It should work to ensure that the cooperation between the various partners in the project functions. Together with the project management, the collaboration leader should lead the work of planning, implementing, and following up on the collaboration work at the various levels of the project.

Below are some examples of responsibilities and tasks assigned to the collaboration leader.

Training and Procurement of Contractor

• Train the project group in the collaboration model and conduct workshops to set goals and purposes for why the project group wants to work in collaboration.
• Participate in the bid evaluation of contractors for the business package.
• Plan for project start and how collaboration with the contracted contractor should be initiated and implemented.

Phase 0

• At a strategic level, together with Svenska kraftnät and the contractor, develop processes and routines for the strategic partnership.
• Develop strategies for the individual projects and participate in the development of strategies such as for procurement, resource supply, and feedback of experiences.
• Participate in regularly recurring business package-wide strategic development and experience transfer work under the leadership of Svenska kraftnäts function for partnering and collaboration.
• Participate in follow-up and feedback of experiences.

Phase 1 and 2

• Continuously follow up with project management on the individual projects to ensure collaboration occurs according to agreements and gather experiences for feedback between projects.
• Lead the collaboration work during the individual contracts.
• Together with Svenska kraftnät and the contractor, develop contract-specific routines and working methods.
• Conduct follow-up of the work and collaboration in the contract.
• Lead collaboration meetings.
• Conduct experience transfers to provide feedback on improvement suggestions in ongoing and future projects. REQUIREMENTS
• At least 10 years of work experience as a collaboration leader
• Completed at least two assignments as a collaboration leader in large complex construction projects where the contract sum for one has been at least 500 million SEK and where coordination between different segments was needed. E.g., coordination between construction and electrical power.
• Experience working on projects within the public sector or energy sector.
• At least three (3) references from previous assignments where collaboration has been a central part. The reference projects must have been completed within the last 10 years from the last bid date.

     Merit:  - Certified collaboration leader or otherwise be able to demonstrate that one possesses theoretical knowledge in areas related to collaboration of this type.
