Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner.

Technology areas in delivery:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Yammer/Viva Engage, Planner, Stream etc.)
• Hybrid environments
• Communication & collaboration within the digital workplace
• Governance, structure, and information architecture
• Digital meetings, hybrid work, smart working methods

The role includes:

• Being the product owner for the area of Communication & Collaboration within the digital workplace.
• Working within product management for the Digital Workplace and being part of driving the overall strategy for the area.
• Ensuring that the services within collaboration and communication in Microsoft 365 are developed based on user needs and business goals.
• Driving the roadmap and prioritization in close dialogue with the business, IT, and other product areas.
• Budget responsibility
• Working with governance, structure, and user-centered development of the services.
• Coordinating improvements and changes related to communication and collaboration – both operationally, tactically, and strategically.
• Contributing to and further developing concepts for governance, adoption, digital workplace strategy, and future collaboration solutions.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience in the role of product owner or similar within digital workplaces/Microsoft 365.
• Good knowledge of collaboration tools within Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, email, OneDrive etc.).
• Experience in ownership of a functional area (management leadership)
• Experience in budget and financial monitoring/reporting
• Experience in leading teams towards set goals
• Familiarity with driving roadmaps, creating backlogs, prioritizing, and collaborating with many stakeholders.
• Ability to combine technology, user behaviors, and business benefits.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to express oneself clearly in both speech and writing.
• Experience in larger organizations with complex needs and governance requirements.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience in driving change work within communication and collaboration solutions.
• Experience in governance, governance, information structure, or security requirements related to M365.
• Experience in agile working methods.
• Ability to think strategically but work hands-on when needed.
