Sprio is looking for a person for an interesting customer service role where you will work with smart solutions and people every day.

Your main tasks will be to identify the customer's problem and guide the customer to a solution in a clear and instructive manner.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is curious, communicative, and enjoys seeking solutions
• Has completed high school education
• Speaks and writes Finnish and English fluently
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
