Barkfors is a profitable product company in the logtech sector. We are now looking for another colleague to join our wonderful team in Malmö – and that’s where you come in!

About the role

In the role of developer, you will be responsible and make a real difference. This is done by developing our transport management system T5 together with your colleagues and contributing to making our product even better. Your workday may consist of developing both on the client and server sides. If you are not a full-stack developer today, there are good opportunities to become one with us! Speaking of customers – you will have a good portion of customer contact in your work on developing T5.

About you

To feel good, thrive, and be successful in the role, your attitude is as important as your experience. That said, we would like you to have 5+ years of work experience within Microsoft technologies and an interest in SQL databases. We work with .NET (C#, WPF), SQL Server, Azure, and some front-end. It is a plus if you have experience with integrations and have worked with any of the following; Business Central (BC), Navision, Pyramid, Fortnox, Visma, or Hogia.

As a person, you enjoy taking the initiative when it comes to suggesting product improvements and finding solutions – that’s where you draw your energy! You take pride in not letting the customer go until you have ensured that you have met their needs. With your strong interest in system development, it is natural for you to keep up to date with the latest in development. Unlike Turning Torso, your communication skills are a bit more straightforward, and you won’t leave people confused when talking to you.

Barkfors, based in Hyllie in Malmö, is a product company with over 30 years of experience in developing transport-related services and products. Barkfors' core product is the software program T5; a transport management system packed with features to simplify and improve the daily work of transport companies. Our goal is to make transport as optimal and efficient as possible, considering time, money, and the environment.

We have a leading position in the Swedish market, and our customers range from large trucking companies to smaller hauliers, as well as companies in the waste management sector.

Today, we are over 30 employees who are all involved and take pride in the product we develop. Together with our customers, we ensure that T5 never stops improving and evolving.
