Are you a leader with a passion for service, technology, and developing people? We are looking for a driven and inspiring team leader to lead the user support and client management team in a modern and socially important IT department.

As a team leader, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the organization’s users receive high-quality support and that the client environment functions optimally. You will lead and coach a competent team, drive improvement work, and ensure effective work processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the user support and client team

• Driving improvement work and development projects

• Ensuring a high level of service and satisfied users

• Collaborating with other units for a robust and modern IT environment

We believe you have:

• Experience in leadership within IT support, service desk, or similar

• Good understanding of client environments and user support

• The ability to inspire and motivate employees

• A structured approach to work and a desire to develop both processes and people

• Excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form (only Swedish is accepted)
