AniCura Strängnäs Animal Hospital is strengthening our team. We want to hire you as a licensed veterinary nurse who is passionate about animal care and wants to continue developing the clinic together with us!

AniCura Strängnäs Animal Hospital is a well-equipped small animal clinic in new, beautiful premises with 17 competent and dedicated employees who have a good sense of community and family feeling. We offer high competence in surgery, medical investigations, dental care, preventive health care, and we also accept urgent medical cases. AniCura is a large organization with opportunities for knowledge exchange between clinics and animal hospitals.

AniCura is a family of leading animal hospitals and clinics specializing in companion animals. The company was born from the idea of creating better veterinary care with shared resources and was founded in 2011 as the first merger of animal hospitals in the Nordic region. AniCura has been part of the family business Mars Veterinary Health since 2018.

About the position

As an anesthesia-trained veterinary nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work with both planned and emergency procedures. You will have access to well-equipped operating rooms and work alongside a team of competent colleagues with broad experience and great commitment. With us, you will work closely with both patients and pet owners - with clear communication, respect, and quality in focus.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a probationary period. The location is Strängnäs.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a licensed veterinary nurse with several years of experience and anesthesia skills. Is confident in emergency care and independent work.
  • Works in a structured, calm, and methodical manner even in pressured situations.
  • Has good communication skills and prioritizes the well-being of clients and animals.
  • Wants to be part of a team where we learn from each other and constantly develop.
  • Wants to contribute to the team and the clinic to develop better veterinary care together!
