ABOUT THE POSITION

SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, Eurocard, Strawberry, and several co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year via phone, email, and social media.

As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's Norwegian customers. Your primary task is to provide support via email and phone, where you answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates, as well as guide customers in SEB's digital services – always with a focus on high quality and the best possible customer experience.

To succeed in this role, a strong commitment to service with a drive to achieve goals and results is required. You are passionate about providing high-level service and have a professional demeanor towards customers. We also see that you enjoy collaborating with others, as the work involves a lot of personal contact with both customers and colleagues.

SEB works with a wide range of products in a changing industry, and we therefore prefer that you thrive on constantly learning new things and driving your own professional development. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably also Norwegian (but not a requirement).
  • Experience in customer service or another service/sales role
  • Experience working with Norwegian customers and/or are open to working towards the Norwegian market
