We at Barkfors are looking for a new team player to strengthen our support team - and that's where you come in! You will be a very important part of providing an excellent customer experience in everything we do.

Barkfors' core product is the software program T5; a transport management system packed with features to simplify and improve the daily work of transport companies.

We have a leading position in the Swedish market, and our customers work with transport and logistics. They can range from large trucking companies to smaller hauliers as well as companies in the waste management sector.

Today, Barkfors has about 40 employees who work together to develop systems and customer relationships.

About the role

The role of application support means that you help our customers with our transport management system T5. Customers usually handle simpler questions themselves through their Super Users, so your role will largely involve second line support and guiding them through troubleshooting to find a solution to their challenges and inquiries in more complex cases. This means you will have the opportunity to act as a detective in various problem-solving cases. Once you are comfortable in the role, there are good opportunities to develop it to also include training and implementation.

About you

To feel good, thrive, and be successful in the role, your attitude is as important as your experience. That said, we would like you to have previously worked with transport management systems or have other experience from the transport industry. To determine what type of solution the customer needs, we also see that you have a technical background. What could this technical background look like, you wonder? You may have worked in technical support or otherwise come into contact with IT in the transport industry? Or have you become interested in system development and want to combine that with helping customers? If you have experience with C#, SQL, or working with how the operating environment affects an application, that is a big plus - but you can go far with the right attitude and interest too!

Your colleagues and friends would describe you as a solution-oriented person who enjoys taking initiative. You like to reach out to others and have the ability to listen, read the situation, and ensure that what is promised is also delivered.

As most of our customers are in Sweden, you need to be able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish.
