About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to provide administrative support in a national development project that produces guiding materials for decision-makers in healthcare and social services. You will work closely with project leaders and researchers, focusing on maintaining structure and flow in all parts of the project.

Responsibilities

• Organize digital collaboration spaces and folder structures

• Document meetings and manage records

• Schedule meetings and venues internally and externally

• Administer survey distributions via digital tools

• Plan and execute larger meetings (venues, participant lists, technology, catering)

• Provide travel support and manage logistics

• Handle contracts and fee invoices

• Perform ongoing administrative tasks

• Conduct simpler internal investigations of routines

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, service-oriented, and has an eye for detail

• Has experience in administrative work in project form

• Is familiar with digital collaboration tools and meeting documentation

• Thrives in a role with many points of contact and varied tasks
