About the role You will join an established internal IT team with high competence – a Scrum Master and four developers. We are now looking for a developer who wants to take an active step into the team and contribute both in technology and dialogue, with the ambition to become an integral part of the internal development acceleration in the long term.

We believe you have a couple of years of experience in development in a Microsoft environment and want to grow further in an environment where technology, business, and social benefit meet. This is not a role for someone who is completely new to the field, but neither is it a requirement to be a fully-fledged senior. We are looking for potential, drive, and the willingness to take a place in a team where your skills count from day one.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Developing and implementing solutions that support the organization's goals
• Integrating existing systems with other business systems for seamless flows
• Optimizing and further developing Riksbyggen's digital platform on Azure
• Participating in cross-functional projects from development to handover
• Working agile according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Collaborating with other IT teams to create a robust, scalable, and efficient IT environment
• Documenting processes and solutions for transparency and sustainability

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education in IT, preferably in computer science or equivalent.
• Has a few years of work experience as a developer, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
• Has experience with Azure Functions, Graph API, Azure DevOps (Infrastructure as Code)
• Has knowledge of C#, .NET, Blazor, event-driven architecture, and identity management.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish.

It is a plus if you have experience with React.js, insight into the real estate industry, or have worked with integrations against third-party solutions.
