We at Sway Sourcing are looking for an experienced Security Specialist (competence level 3, 5–9 years of experience) for an assignment with an organization responsible for the country's infrastructure and security. Here, you will work in a complex and security-classified environment where your work makes a difference every day.

Location: Stockholm (50% remote possibility) Assignment period: Start October 2025 – October 2026 (option until 2029) Scope: 80–100% Travel: May occur, both domestically and internationally

You will be part of a specialist function that supports projects and internal processes with high-level security work. The focus is on ensuring that routines, analyses, and classifications are in place, as well as identifying and mitigating risks in both projects and operations.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and driving security work in projects

• Developing and creating governing documents and instructions

• Leading analyses and security assessments

• Ensuring information, system, and consequence classification

• Conducting risk analyses and knowledge-enhancing initiatives

• Being an advisor on security-related issues

• Has post-secondary education in the security field or at least 5 years of relevant experience

• At least 3 years of experience in qualified security protection work

• At least 3 years of experience in overall security work at a strategic level
