Cura Individutveckling is a municipal association with the municipalities of the county as members. Our mission is to conduct activities where the municipalities see advantages in coordinated efforts. We offer, among other things, care, support, and treatment services for children, youth, and families. In the area of autism and Asperger's syndrome, we provide high school education with boarding as well as group homes and daily activities. Our values are based on the principles of respect, engagement, safety, development, and professionalism.

Our larger operations include:

• Klaragymnasiet, a school and boarding for youth with Asperger's syndrome/high-functioning autism
• Notavillan, a child and family unit for children aged 0 to 18 years.
• Sjöarp, a group home, housing, and daily activities for individuals with autism diagnoses at various developmental levels.
• Villa Mjällby, a youth care and housing unit (HVB) for the placement of youth with psychosocial issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our operations are in constant need of staff who can quickly step in and work, for example, when regular staff are on leave or training.

We are looking for someone who has an approach characterized by respect and warmth. As part of Cura Individutveckling, you want to help create a safe and well-functioning environment for our clients, students, youth, children, and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with people in, for example, care, school, or support. You must have graduated from high school. It is an advantage if you have completed or are studying a relevant post-secondary education. You have a calm and secure demeanor and a good ability to work independently. We place great importance on personal suitability.

You must have a B driver's license (manual transmission) and an approved extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record.
