Now you have the chance to become part of her team in Group Financial Control, a part of Group Finance led by the group's CFO. Eduviva Group includes companies such as Lekolar and Panduro.

This is a great opportunity for you who currently work at an auditing firm and want to take the next step into a company. The team consists of you and two other Group Financial Controllers, and you will report to Elisabeth. A positive, open, experienced, and engaged leader who includes and focuses on your development.

The position is new, and the focus will be on internal control. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a model for working with and monitoring financial processes and internal control in close collaboration with process owners in the units, as well as reporting the group's status in this area. In addition to working with internal control, you will also be involved in the consolidation and reporting of the group.

Offices are located in Malmö and Osby, and the idea is to work from both offices, with the possibility of remote work.

Main responsibilities:

• Annually review and establish the scope and levels for testing processes and units based on risks and compliance.
• Develop and document financial processes in the units together with process owners.
• Develop and implement missing controls together with process owners in the units.
• Conduct tests of existing controls in the units continuously throughout the year.
• Compile and report the status of the group's internal control to the Audit Committee.
• Involved in the follow-up of the companies' group reporting, consolidation of the group, and compilation of reports.
• Involved in various projects within Group Finance.

Have we caught your interest?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance or equivalent and about 3 years of experience from an auditing firm (probably Big4) or a similar role. It is important that you have been in contact with similar companies and thus have insight into processes related to internal control, as well as a strong interest in this area. It is highly meritorious if you have been part of the department at the firm that deals with these issues. As a person, you are structured, goal-oriented, curious, and unpretentious. Your communicative nature allows you to quickly build trust throughout the organization. You are not just taking on a role but also a fine corporate culture that you are eager to help build further.
