The Business Area for Child and Women's Health, one of four business areas within Prima Vård, is looking for an experienced and strategically oriented controller with team responsibility for a small team of three finance and payroll specialists. The role includes both operational and strategic controller tasks as well as responsibility for financial integration during acquisitions, management of bank relationships, lease agreements, and internal coordination.

You will lead a team consisting of two accountants who are developing to take responsibility for both accounting and controlling, and a payroll specialist. You will report to Sofie Andrésen, CEO of the business area. A cheerful, easy-going, and straightforward leader who spreads positive energy and gives you freedom with responsibility.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Budgeting and forecasting work as well as variance analyses
• Profit and balance analyses
• Monitoring of KPIs
• Year-end closing work in collaboration with the accounting team
• Analytical work for decision support to management and operations
• Operational and strategic leadership for a team of three, coaching, competence development, and quality assurance
• Lease and property management (lease agreements, forecasting, and monitoring of property-related costs)
• Bank contact person
• Financial responsibility during integration of new units/acquisitions, implementation of processes, and ensuring correct reporting from integrated operations

Have we caught your interest?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent. You likely have a background in auditing and have preferably worked for a couple of years as a Business Controller. It is advantageous if you have led a team but not a requirement. You are analytical and have a strong interest in systems. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and self-driven. You thrive in a changing environment and have a strong interest in the business.
