AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003 and is a well-established business in care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for an engaged respite caregiver for a 12-year-old in Nacka. You will play an important role by temporarily caring for the child and doing various activities together.

You will meet 2 times a month, every other weekend, for four hours at a time.

A total of 8 hours per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• Play and take walks
• Bake, draw, and craft
• Provide care and supervision at home or in the local area.
• Facilitate respite for family members and give them the opportunity for their own activities or rest.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with people and creating meaningful experiences.
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the user and relatives.
