ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Service Desk Employee for a company that is on an exciting digitalization journey. The role means that you will be an important part of the IT organization and contribute to users receiving quick and professional help with their IT-related questions. You will work in a team of five, with a particular focus on supporting a department within the organization that is currently undergoing a significant transformation.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The client is a leader in its industry and delivers everything from goods to system support for professional actors. The organization plays a central role in its industry and is in the midst of a larger modernization effort where new processes and systems are being implemented. Digitalization is a strategically important initiative, and the goal is to provide both employees and customers with the best possible experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and service to users via phone, ticketing system, and on-site.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of users.
Troubleshoot, administer user accounts, and manage permissions.
Follow up and resolve issues in the ticketing system.
Contribute to improving the user experience and quality of support delivery.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a service desk or similar support function.
Experience with Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft 365.
Experience with Entra ID.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is full-time with placement at the company in their IT organization. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and service spirit are in focus.

Location: Stockholm (on-site)

Start: September 1st
