Experienced ERP Project Manager Wanted for International Railway Company

We are now looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join an international company within the railway industry. You will lead a business-critical cloud migration of the ERP system Infor LN and work in a multicultural environment with a high level of responsibility and clear impact.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our client’s strategic ERP migration to the cloud. You will drive a complex transformation initiative and work closely with the internal IT team. The role requires a structured, driven, and solution-oriented individual who can manage tight timelines and lead projects across all organizational levels.

The role includes full responsibility for migrating the Infor LN ERP system to a cloud-based solution. This is a consultancy assignment initially lasting 1 year, with strong opportunities for extension and permanent employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work tasks

• Lead and drive the ERP cloud migration according to the established project plan
• Develop and follow up on project plans, budget, and risk management
• Report project status and progress to senior management and key stakeholders
• Manage risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and parallel system upgrades

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Documented experience leading ERP migrations to cloud-based environments
• Proven experience working with Infor LN in ERP projects
• Solid experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, including risk management and budget responsibility
• Experience reporting project status to executive management and C-level
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is a merit
• Experience of driving change management processes is a merit
