ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client living in Boda, Rättvik municipality. The job involves day shifts with waiting time during the night. The working hours are 5 day shifts and 2 five-hour shifts on a 4-week rolling schedule. The client has double assistance 3 days a week.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00 - 08:00 the next day 
• 08:00 - 13:00

Start date is October 1st

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s, he has an acquired injury that affects his motor functions. As a personal assistant, you are the client's extended arms and support in all daily tasks as well as during certain healthcare contacts. You are also available for activities and other things the client wishes to do in his daily life.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who sees humor as an important tool in the job. You have a twinkle in your eye, are quick to laugh, and think that a dose of irony can be fun. The most important thing is personal suitability and that the chemistry between you and the client is good. Since communication is important, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language. Our client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license B 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in healthcare and social services 
• Training as a nursing assistant or other training deemed equivalent by the employer

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
