Child Groups

With us, you can develop in three different child groups, where each part of the work is important for our young residents of Borlänge:

• Investigation Group: works with investigations according to BBIC, supported by SoL and LVU, either after own applications or incoming reports.
• Placement Group: follows children and youth living in foster homes or HVB and is responsible for ensuring that the placement environments are safe, stable, and developmental.
• Combo Group: primarily works on following up open interventions according to SoL, where families and children have consented to support.

Job Responsibilities

In the role, you will work with:

• Investigations of children's and youth's needs according to BBIC, SoL, and LVU
• Follow-ups of placements in foster homes or HVB
• Supporting families through open interventions
• Collaboration with schools, healthcare, networks, and other actors
• Contributing to sustainable solutions where every child is seen

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish
• Driver's license (for manual car)

Meritorious

• Experience in investigative work within IFO
• Experience with VIVA
• Training in BBIC
• Training in Signs of Safety
• MI training
• Training in honor-related violence
