Working at HASS

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement as well as a pension agreement. You are insured while at work and commuting in case something unforeseen happens. In addition, we organize activities aimed at the customer but also for you as an employee. We offer our customers daily activities in our own management. Our customers come with their assistants for socializing and community. We care about your well-being as an employee!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All our customers at HASS have different interests and needs, and we therefore welcome applicants of different ages and experiences. We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. The most important thing is that we together focus on the customer's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life. We have customers in both Avesta and Hedemora.

You can email your application to us, and if you catch our interest, you will be called for an interview with the operations manager. In the next step, you will meet the customer/representative for more information regarding the specific job. After that, a customer visit/introduction will be scheduled. In each workgroup, there is a coordinator who will be your contact in the work around the user.

Requirements to apply for the position

• You speak and master the Swedish language well

• You have a B driver's license, preferably for a manual transmission
