Service

We are looking for a team member for our Support team at Mullvad. The team is responsible for providing quick and professional support to users by resolving technical issues, offering system support, and answering daily questions.

You enjoy working in a team, contribute ideas, and have a strong interest in IT and helping others. You value quality, accuracy, and clear communication. You thrive in an office environment and see the value in daily collaboration with colleagues. You are curious, learn quickly, and understand the importance of digital privacy.

• Assist users via email
• Troubleshoot issues (Linux/Windows/macOS/routers/Android/iOS)
• Test our services and apps
• Continuously update our guides and FAQ

• 5+ years of experience with Linux
• 2+ years of experience working with Windows and/or macOS
• Deep understanding of how the internet and networks work
• Self-motivated and accustomed to multitasking
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Residing in Gothenburg
