IT Technician with AV Experience

We are looking for an IT technician with several years of experience in AV for customer-facing support. We are looking for someone who gains energy from working closely with users and who has broad experience in working with solutions for digital meetings and conference rooms. VGR is in the process of building a larger team around AV. In addition to the customer-facing team you will belong to, you will also collaborate closely with the AV Team that provides back-end support. Your tasks will also include troubleshooting within IT to relieve your colleagues in the team. Therefore, it is advantageous if you also have good knowledge of IT. If you do not have that experience, you must be seriously interested in learning it, even if your main focus is AV.
Your Mission
- Perform troubleshooting of various AV solutions in conference rooms, auditoriums, lecture halls, as well as Digital Signage and other AV solutions.
- Assist users in managing remote meetings (hardware and software)
- Product exchanges or simpler new installations.
- Instruct users on how the equipment works and provide tips on how it can be used based on the needs of the organization.
- Analysis, prioritization, documentation, and problem-solving of incoming cases via the company's case management system
IT Tasks

- PC hardware and printers.

To Succeed in the Role, You Need:
You should have good knowledge of and several years of experience working with various AV solutions, including experience with solutions for digital meetings. We would like you to have experience with Cisco's product range in AV, and if you have expertise in audio, that is also an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of AV over IP and Dante.
Regarding IT support, it is advantageous if you have worked with Microsoft's operating system Windows 11 and if you have worked with MS SCCM, but it is not a requirement.
You should be service-oriented, a good listener, flexible, and enjoy customer contact. Since you have many internal and external contacts, we place great importance on your collaboration and communication skills. You are used to taking responsibility and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have a B driver's license.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
