We are now looking for a driven and experienced interim consultant for a role as Team Leader for Controlling at a manufacturing company. You will play a central role in leading the financial work forward and further developing both employees and processes.
As Group Manager for Operations Controlling, you will have personnel responsibility for a team of 3–4 controllers. You will be a key player in ensuring the quality of financial reporting, analyzing profitability at customer and product levels, and contributing to operational and strategic initiatives related to cost control and business development.
Examples of tasks:
- Lead and support the team in daily analysis and reporting work.
- Coordinate and analyze financial results, sales figures, and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate forecasts and reports according to internal guidelines and external requirements.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing work with a focus on quality assurance.
- Contribute to projects aimed at streamlining cost structures and improving profitability.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in controlling or similar financial roles.
- Documented background in leadership and team development.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial monitoring.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with visualization tools.
- Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written.
- Relevant higher education in finance or equivalent experience.
- You are a confident leader who creates structure, inspires collaboration, and drives improvement.
