We are looking for you who want to become a key player in a product team focused on FnO and Commerce Payments. You will work in an agile environment where your functional competence, structure, and communication skills truly make a difference.

Your main tasks

• Document and configure payment solutions within Retail, Call Center, and E-commerce
• Support backlog management, requirements specification, and sprint planning
• Create design and functional specifications for integrations & customizations
• Quality assure solution design and contribute to test scenarios
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Actively participate in the team's work – you are a team player who enjoys contributing!

You have:

• Several years of experience with Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce
• In-depth knowledge in:
• Channel setup for POS, Call Center & E-com
• Payment methods, Adyen, PayPal, and PCI
• Omni-channel Payments including Refunds and Duplicate Payment Protection
• Scheduler jobs (e.g., 1070, 1110)
• Gift cards, loyalty points, and customer accounts
• Practical experience in writing design and test documents
• Ability to support product teams with training, requirements, and testing
• Very good communication skills in English
