THE ROLE As a chef, you will work with everything from creation to purchasing and be responsible for delivering a great guest experience, combining food, drinks, and the overall experience. We are convinced that you are flexible, stress-resistant, and have a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests. Being organized and structured in your work is a given for us. THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT  You are creative  You are organized  You enjoy developing our culinary experiences  You have a good structure in menu planning  Purchasing and inventory management You understand the importance of quality on the plate, as well as in the background with self-checks. You enjoy kitchen economics and working with seasonal ingredients

WHAT YOU GET - Salary by agreement - We are affiliated with the collective agreement via HRF - Liability insurance and occupational pension via Fora  - Permanent employment at 80% , annual working hours (6 months probationary period) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience from hotel restaurants or similar operations and a genuine interest in cooking. A good team player who sees the opportunities to develop Trillevallen's Högfjällshotell.

You have a few years of experience as a chef. You are a creative person who understands the importance of structure and order for a pleasant environment.  We place great emphasis on personality and the ability to find solutions. - Accommodation is available. - A car and driver's license are advantageous but not required.
