We are now looking for a chef or sous chef who wants to be part of our kitchen team in the heart of the Jämtland mountain region.

About the position

As a chef/sous chef with us, you will work alongside the head chef and the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You will participate in the entire process – from planning and preparation to cooking, plating, and serving. The role also involves responsibility for kitchen routines, hygiene, quality assurance, and to some extent, purchasing and ordering.

You will help shape the menus, where we value sustainability and joy in cooking.

We are looking for someone who

• Has education or experience as a chef, preferably with experience from hotel or restaurant kitchens
• Has a good sense of taste, presentation, and efficient work
• Is responsible, cooperative, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys a varied role with both service, planning, and practical work
• Speaks Swedish or English

Employment type

Full-time / seasonal employment with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
