As a receptionist at Hotell Funäsdalen, you are the first person our guests meet, and your demeanor sets the tone for their entire stay. Here, you assist guests at the hotel, hostel, and apartments with check-in and check-out, making reservations, as well as providing tips and information about the area. You are also responsible for keeping the lobby tidy and selling kiosk items and Skipass.

We are looking for someone who: Sees interaction with guests as your primary task and thrives in a flexible and solution-oriented team. The reception team and cleaning team work closely together and have daily dialogue about planning and priorities. If needed, we help each other with cleaning. We expect you to have good computer skills and be able to communicate well in writing and speaking in both Swedish and English. Experience in reception work or other guest contact is an advantage.

Employment type & employment period: Seasonal employment from December to April. Combined positions may occur, which means varied tasks across several areas. Working hours: 25-40 hours/week, varying hours on weekdays and weekends. Meritorious: - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign - Meta Business Suite - Social media (ad creation and graphic design).
