Do you want to be part of creating one of the most exciting dining experiences in the mountain world? The newly opened Ski Club by Bräjks is looking for an engaged head waiter to lead our service team and help develop our new, unique meeting place in the heart of Björnrike.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work in the dining room during service.
• Ensure that guests receive a first-class experience.
• Be responsible for scheduling and onboarding new staff.
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant manager and head chef to optimize operations and service.
• Manage bookings, logistics, and special events such as après-ski and group arrangements.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience as a head waiter, restaurant manager, or similar role.
• Is a natural leader and a role model for the team.
• Has a keen eye for detail, service, and guest interaction.
• Is stress-resistant, structured, and communicative.
• Speaks Swedish and English – additional languages are a plus.
