Head Chef Wanted at Tiki Grill & Drinks
Tiki Grill & Drinks is now looking for a head chef for our restaurant with lunch and à la carte service.
The position involves work both during the day and in the evening.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the kitchen operations and lead the team towards high quality, good structure, and a positive work environment. You will actively work on the development, planning, and improvement of the kitchen's operations.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as a chef/head chef
- Has a genuine interest in cooking and enjoys experimenting and creating new, creative dishes.
- Is confident, responsible, and stress-resistant
- Thrives in a leadership role and motivates others to perform
- Is unpretentious, positive, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Cooking
- Menu planning and cooking (lunch & à la carte)
- Ordering of ingredients
- Responsible for hygiene, self-checks, and routines
- Cleanliness and structure in the kitchen
