Do you love authentic Texas cuisine, a fast-paced environment, and a well-structured kitchen?
We are currently looking for a temporary chef who wants to be part of our team and help us deliver the authentic Texas experience to our guests.
We are a franchise restaurant that has been in Sweden since 1994. Our food originates from Texas, USA – and the charcoal grill is at the center. With us, it’s all about genuine flavors, quality, and Southern Hospitality, both on the plate and within the team.
The position is a temporary role during parental leave, from mid-March to September, with the possibility of more hours during the high season.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and cooking of à la carte
- Service during evenings and weekends
- Work at the charcoal grill
- Regular kitchen tasks
- Collaboration for an efficient and well-functioning kitchen
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 2 years of experience working as a chef in an à la carte kitchen
- Is meticulous, stress-resistant, and quick to learn
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team
- Has a good understanding of service, quality, and pace
- Speaks and writes Swedish or English fluently
- Has experience with or interest in working with a charcoal grill (preferred)
We offer
- A seasonal temporary position from mid-March to September
- Workload of 55–90 %, as agreed
- Working hours scheduled for evenings and weekends
- A close-knit team and clear structure
- Salary according to collective agreement/agreement
