JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of dishes with high quality. Most of the cooking is done from scratch. You will prepare and serve food with high-quality ingredients. 50% of the food products are KRAV, organic, MSC-labeled, fair trade, or locally produced. We always choose 100% Swedish meat and Swedish meat products.

You will work in the school kitchen in Kall, where there are 55 children in the school and preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary education
• Documented culinary education and training in HACCP/self-control.
• Knowledge of allergy diets.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with public meals and working with the dietary software MASHIE or equivalent is an advantage.

We are looking for a chef who is collaborative, unpretentious, and driven by creating quality meals.
