Holiday Club Åre is looking for a Night Receptionist for the Front of House department 

At Holiday Club, our goal is to deliver world-class service and hospitality. In our reception, we are often both the first and last point of contact for our guests, and we always prioritize the guest's interests. We share our tips that contribute to positive experiences both within our adventure hotel and around Åre. We take care of hotel and apartment guests, visitors to our experience pool and SATS gym, our events and meetings, and provide ongoing internal service to our colleagues. The reception at Holiday Club is a hub for the hotel and for Åre as a village. We are open 24/7, all year round, and we encounter all types of questions related to the hotel and Åre village on a daily basis. 

As our Night Receptionist, you will work night shifts (7 days on, 7 days off) to ensure efficient and high-quality operations of the reception and hotel rooms. You will also contribute to a positive development of our customer satisfaction. To thrive in this role, you are an independent and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility, as you will be the only staff member present for most of your shift. You appreciate order and see the benefits of working proactively. You have good communication skills and always maintain a dialogue with your colleagues about how the shift has been for the best handover.

Main responsibilities:

• Reception work 
• Service and hospitality to both internal and external guests
• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant lobby environment

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in customer service

• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

• Service-oriented and outgoing

Meritorious:

• Reception work
• Relevant system knowledge (preferably Picasso)
• Cash handling

The position is 89% with a start date at the end of October and is a permanent position. You will report to our Team Leaders Front of House. Interviews and recruitment are ongoing, and the position may be filled during the recruitment period. A collective agreement between Visita and HRF applies. The company holds a local annual working time agreement.
