Trillevallen's Högfjällshotell is located in the heart of the Jämtland mountain world. Since 1939, we have welcomed guests to a classic mountain hotel experience with personality, care, and genuine atmosphere. Your role

As a head waiter, you are responsible for creating a first-class dining experience for our guests. You lead the dining room team, are present on the floor, and ensure that the service is always of the highest standard.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Leading and distributing work in the dining room
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen
• Welcoming and taking care of guests in a personal and professional manner
• Managing orders and planning
• Contributing to the development of menus, beverage packages, and service concepts

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role
• Is passionate about hospitality and creating experiences for guests
• Is a clear leader with the ability to inspire and engage your team
• Has good beverage knowledge and an interest in food and ingredients
• Thrives on variety and enjoys working in an environment where no day is the same
