Serving Staff Winter/Spring 2026

At Trillevallen's Högfjällshotell, we are now looking for a positive and service-oriented employee for our hotel restaurant & bar during the period of January 30 – April 12 for an 80% position. Here, you will be part of a small family team where we help each other and together create memorable moments for our guests.

About the position

As serving staff with us, you will work both in the dining room and the bar during the evenings. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure they feel seen and cared for – whether they stay for one night or a whole week.

We value a warm approach, joy, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative when needed.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in a la carte serving
• enjoys working in a team and meeting people of all ages
• appreciates a varied pace where days are rarely exactly the same
• loves the mountain environment, fresh air, and maybe even a ski trip before work

You have experience in wine serving, some bar work, and are familiar with working in cash systems – these skills are a requirement for the position. At the same time, we place great importance on your personality and joy in work, as the meeting with the guest is always at the center for us.
