Do you want to work as a cook in a unique mountain environment where the guest experience is always at the center? We are now looking for cooks for our newly opened and renovated operation at Björnrike Ski Club as well as our established mountain restaurant Bräjks Matbar.

With us, you will be part of an engaged team that is passionate about well-prepared food on-site, quality in all aspects, and a wonderful work community.

Guests come to us to socialize and engage in activities outside the ski slopes. Here we offer arcade games, shops, mini-bowling, and a pool along with a café, lunch, and dinner restaurant as well as pizza. Together we will create the newest and coziest reason to visit the mountains. Do you want to be a part of it?

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for lunch, à la carte, and café.
• Work with high-quality ingredients and contribute to developing menus suitable for our concept.
• Ensure good routines for hygiene, order, and safety in the kitchen.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service for the best guest experience.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a cook, preferably from à la carte or similar operations.
• Is responsible, stress-resistant, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a passion for cooking and enjoys working in a team.
• Brings energy, joy of work, and a professional attitude.
