Do you enjoy having a central role in the restaurant, ensuring that guests have a great dining experience while the operation runs efficiently? At the family-friendly Trillevallen Högfjällshotell, we are now looking for someone to be responsible for our restaurant. Our ambition is to create fantastic guest experiences, using local ingredients, various serving techniques, and ensuring an inviting environment. We serve between 30-100 happy guests daily. THE ROLE As the restaurant manager, you will help create fantastic guest experiences. This involves making guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave. This is done by serving delicious food, drinks, and genuine service. We often serve package deals for guests.  We believe that you are a leader who enjoys coaching, inspiring, and developing your colleagues. We are a small team, which requires operational work mixed with planning, coordination, purchasing, creating, and executing events. The work usually takes place from early afternoon into the evenings.  THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT  You want to help develop the business forward  You are organized Skilled in scheduling Purchasing, pricing, and inventory  You have good structure Knowledgeable about wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks as well as rustic cocktails Enjoy creating and executing events

WHAT YOU GET - Salary by agreement - We are affiliated with a collective agreement via HRF - Liability insurance and occupational pension via Fora  - The position is 80%, with the possibility of working more (seasonal employment) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience in a similar role. This can be in a hotel restaurant or a smaller à la carte restaurant and a genuine interest in serving. You have documented experience from a similar role as a head waiter or restaurant manager previously. As a person, you are attentive, creative, and care about being part of a sustainable and pleasant workplace. We place great emphasis on personality and the ability to find solutions. - Accommodation is available. - A car and driver's license are advantageous but not required.
